We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity or for any other reason at our discretion.
2.2 Payment: Payment for your orders can be made using the available payment methods displayed on our website, such as credit card, debit card, and cash on delivery. By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method and that the information you provide is accurate.
2.3 Pricing: All prices displayed on our website are in Qatari Riyal (QAR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. Customers are not charged any additional amount for using payment gateway service for online payments from our website. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, the price charged for your order will be the price displayed at the time of purchase.
3.1 Delivery Areas: We offer delivery within select areas in Qatar. We do not deliver outside Qatar. Please refer to our website or contact our customer service for more information about our delivery coverage.
3.2 Delivery Timeframes: We strive to deliver your order within the agreed timeframe. Our average delivery time for most of the delivery locations within Qatar is between 30 to 60 mins. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to inform you promptly if there are any significant delays in the delivery of your order.
3.3 Delivery Charges: Delivery charges may apply based on the delivery location and order value. The applicable delivery charges will be displayed during the checkout process.
3.4 Delivery Confirmation: Upon delivery, it is your responsibility to inspect the products and ensure they are in satisfactory condition. If you are not available to receive the delivery, please make alternative arrangements or contact our customer service to reschedule.
4. Order Cancellation

a) Cancellation Requests: For orders with delivery time of 24 hours or more, we accept order cancellation requests up to 12 hours before the scheduled delivery date or the agreed-upon pickup time. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
b) Cancellation due to Unavailability of Products: If the selected product/s are not available, and customer do not wish to opt for other alternative options provided to them, they can cancel the order any time by contacting our customer support team.
c) Time-Sensitive Orders: For time-sensitive orders, such as same-day or next-day deliveries, the cancellation timeframe may be shorter. Please contact our customer service immediately if you need to cancel a time-sensitive order.
4.2 Non-Cancelable Orders:
a) Time of Delivery: Once an order has been delivered or picked up by the customer, it is considered completed and cannot be canceled. In such cases, the Returns and Refunds Policy will apply.
b) Special Orders or Customized Products: Orders for special or customized products that have already been prepared or are in the process of being prepared may not be eligible for cancellation. Please contact our customer service to discuss the cancellation options for such orders.

If you discover any damages or defects after accepting the delivery, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. In such cases, we will substitute the unavailable flowers with the closest match in terms of color, size, and overall aesthetic appeal, without compromising the quality of the arrangement.
