  1. Flowers delivered in a withered or damaged condition.
  2. Incorrect flower arrangement delivered, not matching the order specifications.
  3. Delivery of the order is delayed beyond the agreed-upon delivery time, except in cases of force majeure.
  4. Non-Delivery: If the ordered flowers are not delivered, and the reason is not due to incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., wrong address), you may be eligible for a return and refund.
  5. Non-Perishable Goods: If you have purchased non-perishable items such as vases, pots, or decorative items, they may be eligible for return within 7 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible, the items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in saleable condition.

2. Return & Refund Procedure

  1. Timeframe: You must submit a return and refund request within 24 hours of receiving the flowers or on the intended delivery date, whichever is earlier. Requests made after this timeframe will not be entertained.
  2. Supporting Evidence: To process your return and refund request, we may ask for photographic evidence of the delivered flowers showing the issue. Please ensure that the evidence clearly demonstrates the problem. For non-perishable items, we will verify the condition of the returned product upon receipt.

3. Return & Refund Process

  2. Refund Decision: After verification, we will determine whether your refund request is eligible for a refund or not. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the claim does not meet our refund policy criteria.

    1. Replacement: We will send a fresh and appropriate flower arrangement to replace the original one.
    2. Full Refund: The total amount of the order will be refunded to the original payment method.

4. Refund Timeline

Refunds for eligible returns will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor. Also, please note that the refund amount may exclude any applicable delivery charges. You will be notified via email or phone regarding the status of your refund request.
