  4. Non-Delivery: If the ordered flowers are not delivered, and the reason is not due to incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., wrong address), you may be eligible for a return and refund.
  5. Non-Perishable Goods: If you have purchased non-perishable items such as vases, pots, or decorative items, they may be eligible for return within 7 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible, the items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in saleable condition.

Please ensure that the evidence clearly demonstrates the problem. For non-perishable items, we will verify the condition of the returned product upon receipt.
