Light : Ponytail palms prefer bright, indirect sunlight. They can tolerate some direct sunlight, especially in the morning or late afternoon, but prolonged exposure to intense sunlight may scorch the leaves. Indoors, place them near a sunny window where they can receive plenty of light.
Watering : Nolina recurvata is drought-tolerant and is susceptible to root rot if overwatered. Allow the soil to dry out between waterings, and then water thoroughly, ensuring excess water drains away. Reduce watering during the winter months when growth slows down.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
